Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

What personal data we collect

We only receive personal data when you choose to send it to us:

  • Evaluation-request form. When you request an evaluation of our IP, we ask for your name, role, work email, company, and optionally your target application and technical details. We use this information solely to respond to your request and set up the evaluation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract).
  • Email. If you email us directly, we process your address and message content to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).

We keep this data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer required.

Service providers we use

  • Formspree, Inc. (United States) processes evaluation-request form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us. See the Formspree privacy policy. Transfers to the US are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • GitHub, Inc. (United States) hosts this website via GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address when serving pages. See the GitHub privacy statement.
  • Google LLC. Some organiser logos on our events page are loaded from Google's favicon service, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when that page loads. See the Google privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ximplic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
